BIO
I was born in Rome on 1957 August 14th. I have always cultivated the passion for "Visual Arts", dedicating a large part of my free time to painting and photography. I started photographing steadily in the late 1970s by my first SLR camera, an Olympus OM-1n, when I started to work in some reportages and in the social photography. Then I attended courses of graphics and photography and started my business in darkroom.
I stopped for a long time, and I started again a couple of years ago, taking advantage of the development in the digital environment.
Currently I work on events' photography: civil and religious ceremonies, plays, concerts, conferences and exhibitions, sporting and cultural events, political activities, private celebrations.
All this without forgetting the artistic aspect and the continuous research towards new and personal visual languages.

La finesta di fronte
Repubblica.it in collaborazione con FotoGrafia festival internazionale di Roma, presenta il 3 aprile 2008, al Palazzo delle Esposizioni, le prime 50 immagini selezionate dal concorso La finestra di fronte. Una mia fotografia è stata selezionata (con altre 49) da Marco Delogu, direttore artistico di FotoGrafia, tra le centinaia pervenute. Le foto sono state presentate al Palazzo delle Esposizioni durante il periodo del festival.

Una delle mie foto è stata selezionata ed esposta con altre, in occasione della mostra tenutasi al Mo.C.A a Piazza degli Zingari.

Io mi vedo così
Il CIFA (Centro Italiano della Fotografia d'Autore) ha indetto un concorso/mostra per autoritratti fotografici. Una delle mie foto è stata selezionata tra i 10 autoritratti stampati ed esposti alla grande mostra ospitata nei locali del CIFA a Bibbiena (AR) dal 12 giugno al 5 settembre.
